'Managerial Behaviour is effectiveness for both organisational performance as well as the satisfaction of its members.' (Mullins, 2007). Managers play an important role in an organisation which influences the behaviour in the workplace. It is the duty of the manager to direct their employee in achieving high accepted goals for the organisation. The managers have to appoint high skilled workers who are ready to work to their full potential for the betterment of the organisation. Furthermore, the employee must me treat properly by their managers, the manager should make their employee feel comfortable at work and make them stay positive and happy. Managers should be a keep on the employs to see what they are doing and how are they performing their given task. The manager's duty is to check their employee's skills and abilities and to see what work is best suited for every individual. If this is performed, then there will be no lack of work ethics. Manager need to communication with its employee for better progression of work. If the employees feel left out of insecure, they lose interest in the work that there doing, therefore to avoid this, the manager must instil good knowledge and communicate with its employees.

In a group, task is allocated equally and there is no pressure on any individual. Organisation having groups covers up work much more than individual work. In Nike's and McDonalds, group work is essential as it's a very big organisation, and as said above, that a group covers up more work than an individual. If task is performed in a group, work will be done faster and less stress will be suffered by an individual. Group work would help achieve high task performance and also satisfy the needs of the employees. This is the best way for Nike to reach its goals and not suffer any loses. McDonalds and Nike's should also see that the group behaviour is good with the employees and that equal task is allocated to each member of the group.

In this firstly the group is formed, each member of the group is given a precise task to complete and made aware of what is to be in their particular tasks. Then every group member comprehends the difference or interest of the other members which is storming. Then comes norming, in this the group members understand the reason for forming the group and work as a team to fulfil the goals. Then comes performing, in this stage the, all the targets are achieved and the group member now know each other's strength and lastly is the adjourning, in this stage the task is studied and the result is given for achieving the organisational goals.

There are certain advantages and disadvantages in a group. Some advantages could be in a group one can enjoy friendship and companionship, different ideas to be shared together and more information about the particular task. One of the important advantages for a group is synergy which 'is a combined effect greater than the simple sum total of individual contributions.' (2012books, 2012). A group makes it easier to find solutions to the task other than doing it individually. The disadvantages of a group would be, it would be time-consuming in exchanging of messages, some of the group member may engage into 'social loafing' which means if one or two members of the team are given a particular task and they don't complete it, it's going to affect the whole group. Also, the individual may not be able to give its whole potential in giving ideas.

There is understanding within the member in the group and sense of belonging and commitment. Greater achievement can be accomplished if group discussion is made compulsory. The factors that could promote Nike's and McDonalds could be, learned progression in person's confidence, individual satisfaction, feel motivated and attitude. The factors that will inhibit teamwork is when the group is not satisfied with the decisions made by a particular individual.

In Nike's and McDonalds he staff members get their task done much quicker due to the latest technology they have in stores. Also technology helps the employee communicate with the subordinates over the walkie-talkies, cell phone's etc. Work is done much faster as compared to labour force. Nike's and McDonalds update their technology every year so that there is continuous going of work and the staff members don't find it hard in working. Also when new technology is updated, the staff members are given a brief training on how to use the machine. Further supervision is kept on every staff member to see how they use the new machine.
